Sharon Manderson, Principal, Sales and Marketing
Sharon has been designing and developing custom software solutions, database applications, and websites for commercial corporations, associations, the government, and small businesses for over 25 years.  She has partnered with clients to strategize, design, develop and optimize custom websites based on each client’s individual requirements and budget.

Lisa Alexander, Principal, Operations and Technology
Lisa has over 25 years of extensive hands-on technical experience in the full life-cycle development of custom software, business applications, database applications and websites for commercial clients, government clients and the intelligence community. She has provided expertise in the areas of project management, requirements analysis, architecture, data modeling, database design, prototyping, application design and development.

Amy Wood, Website and Graphic Designer
Amy has a diverse background in marketing and visual communication. She began her career in television news where she wrote and produced news stories for local news affiliates across the country. She has served as marketing manager, art director, and graphic designer in the website design, advertising, and tourism industries. Amy has a Masters degree in graphic design from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).

Sarah Conway, Website and Graphic Designer
Sarah has the skills required to listen carefully to clients and develop elegant, clear designs that best reflect their style and appeal to their target market. Sarah brings a balance of "left brain" technical and analytical skills and "right brain" creativity to her work. This combination is particularly critical in web design which requires not only artistic talent, but planning, problem solving, and proficiency in a number of complex graphics applications. Sarah has a B.A. from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland.

Steve Alexander, Senior Developer
Steve has taken a rather circuitous route to web development. He spent twenty years in the music production and broadcast engineering arena before moving into information technologies. He has a background in various networking technologies, with an emphasis on Cisco architecture as well as enterprise level network security. Steve's programming is clean and conforms to web standards. He makes sure websites are cross platform compliant, efficient, fast loading and easy to maintain. He is passionate about his work. It is this passion that drives him to stay on top of technology and technology trends.
